Availability
What the process looks like:
1. Order through my website or reach out on FB messager
2. I will confirm via email whether that date is available and quote your total. I will note your chosen pickup date and time. This is when your cookies will be ready for pickup at my house. (In the past this has been flexible, but for now- to keep people from bumping into each other and to give me a chance to disinfect my pickup cooler it won’t be as flexible).
3. You agree and I send you an invoice via Square (via email).
4. Pay your invoice
5. A non-contact pickup from my pickup cooler will be the only way to get your cookies at this time. Delivery is currently not an option.
6. Cancellation policy requires one week notice. Please alert me as soon as you know of a change to your schedule and I’ll try my best to work with you. One week prior to your pickup your order is now considering “in production” and can no longer be canceled, refunded or delayed. Cookies can be frozen for the future and I’ll talk you through that if necessary.
